Corinna Smith

Corinna Smith serves as the General Manager at PetSmart, overseeing the highest volume store in Canada since December 2019. Previously, Corinna held the position of General Manager at Old Navy from November 2016 to October 2019, where significant improvements were achieved, including transforming a bottom-performing store into one of the top 10% in the district and enhancing employee engagement to an all-time high of 94%. Corinna's extensive retail experience also includes a role as Director of Store Operations at Target, where accountability for revenue increases and guest service excellence was emphasized, as well as a tenure as General Manager at Sears Canada, managing 200 associates and fostering store renovations. Corinna began a successful career as President of Directbuy of Kingston, building the company from a startup to a million-dollar enterprise. Corinna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from St. Lawrence College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Commerce from Queen's University.
