Daniel Shaw is a passionate people leader with extensive experience in customer service management and technical support. They served as a Learning & Development Facilitator at T-Mobile and also held roles as a Desktop Systems Specialist at Netflix and Sales Manager at REI, where they inspired teams to promote outdoor adventure. Daniel owned and managed Lambda Piercing Inc and worked as a Nursing Assistant at LIFE Inc. Currently, they serve as an Experience Lead at PetSmart while continuing their journey in outdoor equipment and clothing outfitting. Daniel studied History at Portland State University and early childhood education at Spokane Falls Community College.
