Dillan Freeman

Dillan Freeman is a highly accomplished retail leader with 13 years of diverse and successful experience in big-box retail, including 11 years in management and leadership positions at PetSmart, Office Depot, and Sam's Club. They have demonstrated excellence in various aspects of retail management, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and operations. Currently, Dillan serves as a District Leader at PetSmart and has also owned a small business since 2016. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management and Operations from the University of Tennessee at Martin, earned in 2016.
