Erick Goldberg

Erick Goldberg is an accomplished human resources executive with over three decades of experience in the field. Since joining PetSmart in June 2001, Erick has held multiple leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, and various vice presidential positions focused on human resources and field operations. Prior to PetSmart, Erick served as Director of HR at Distribution Architects International and held customer service leadership roles at Management Technology America and Triad Systems Corporation. Erick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from the University of Southern California, completing the degree in May 1986.
