James C. Baker

James C. Baker, PMP, has been serving as the Store Compliance and Execution Manager at PetSmart since January 2017. Prior to this role, James worked with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, from February 2012 to December 2016, where positions included Project Manager and Organizational Director. James holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management and a Certification in Military Construction Management, both from Missouri University of Science and Technology, completed in 2009-2010.
