Jane Mann

Jane Mann possesses over 25 years of extensive experience in IT operations and application development within the retail sector. Currently serving as Director of IT Operations at PetSmart, Jane oversees operational support for customer-facing applications and a portfolio of over 40 custom business applications. Previously, Jane held various leadership roles at Petco, including Director of IT Engineering and Operations, where responsibilities spanned architecture, development, and maintenance of critical systems such as SharePoint tools and Enterprise Data Warehousing. Jane's career also includes positions at Advancedware Corporation, JNI Corporation, and Epicor Software Corp, with a strong foundation in ERP systems and custom application development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's and Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from Coleman College.
