Janene Dempsey, PHR, has over 37 years of experience in human resources and loss prevention. Currently, Janene serves as the Sr. Manager of Associate Relations at PetSmart, having held various roles including Lead LOA & Disability Case Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner since joining the company in November 2006. Prior to PetSmart, Janene worked at Gap Inc. as District Loss Prevention Manager and at Nordstrom as Loss Prevention Manager. Janene earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Utah State University between 1981 and 1985.
