Kirk Kiser

Kirk Kiser, CFI, currently serves as the Senior Regional Loss Prevention Safety Business Partner at PetSmart, overseeing the Mid West and South Regions since February 2004. With a strong background in loss prevention and safety management, Kirk has held various positions, including Regional Loss Prevention and Safety Manager, where expertise encompasses certified forensic interviewing, multi-unit leadership, strategic planning, and employee development. Prior experience includes roles as Store Director at Falleys and Albertsons, where responsibilities ranged from total store operations and food safety to customer service and P&L management. Kirk's career in retail management began as Store Manager at American Foods Grocery and Grocery Manager at JRB Food Stores. Kirk holds a degree from Texas A&M University, attended from 1980 to 1984.
