Kyle Schofer

Kyle Schofer is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in compensation management and financial planning. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Store Compensation at PetSmart since February 2019, Kyle functions as the Finance point-person for the Services Operations team, delivering weekly business reviews to senior executives. Prior to this, Kyle held multiple analytical roles at JOANN Stores from March 2011 to February 2019, including responsibilities as an Oracle Hyperion System Administrator and various financial analyst positions related to store control. Kyle's earlier experience includes roles in asset-based lending field examinations and customer service analysis, complemented by a Master's degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Writing from Hiram College.
