Lacey J. Bundy has a strong background in corporate law and legal counsel. Lacey J. started their career in 2000 as a consultant at Ernst & Young. From there, they worked as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from 2005 to 2010. Lacey J. then joined EXPRESS as Corporate Secretary & Corporate Counsel from 2010 to 2012, and later served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary from 2012 to 2018. Currently, they are working at PetSmart, where they have held various roles including Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary from 2018 to 2022, SVP, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary from 2022 to 2023, and currently, Lacey serves as the EVP, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at PetSmart.

Lacey J. Bundy completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 1996 to 1999. After that, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, graduating in 2005.
