Lori Ulrich

Lori Ulrich, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Lead Associate Relations Case Manager at PetSmart since July 2021, Lori previously held roles such as Sr Associate Relations Manager and Employee Relations Investigator at The Michaels Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included handling escalated employee relations concerns and conducting investigations for a significant number of stores and distribution centers. Prior experience includes serving as HR Business Partner at Amazon, Human Resources Manager at TreeHouse Foods, ConAgra Foods, J&J Snack Foods, and Sara Lee, where responsibilities spanned employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and various HR functions. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University.
