Scott Garber

Scott Garber is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and real estate transactions. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at PetSmart since January 2012, Scott focuses on commercial transactions for various internal departments. Scott previously held roles as Counsel in both the Business Transactions and Real Estate Legal Teams at PetSmart, where responsibilities included negotiating leases for over 1,200 stores and managing legal issues across multiple business areas. Prior to PetSmart, Scott was an Associate at Squire Patton Boggs with a focus on Real Estate and Corporate Law. In addition, Scott served as a Visiting Professor of Law at Arizona Summit Law School, teaching first-year students in the Lawyering Process program. Scott holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
