Tom Lum

Tom Lum has extensive experience in various roles spanning over three decades, with a current position as a PetsHotel Associate at PetSmart since October 2021. Prior to this, Tom served as Assistant Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Marsh Canada Limited from August 1991 to September 2021. Earlier career experiences include working as an Associate Business Analyst at Lombard Insurance from January 1988 to October 1990, focusing on forms analysis and communications support, and as a Graphic Designer at Travelsave from September 1986 to August 1987, where Tom prepared artwork for print media. Tom holds an Honours Graduation Diploma in Graphic Design from George Brown College, attended from 1984 to 1986, and has pursued additional education in eCommerce Business Solutions.
