Tracy Mendes

Tracy Mendes is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leadership development, organizational development, and talent acquisition. Tracy has held several key positions at the University of Phoenix, where they managed teams, exceeded enrollment goals, and facilitated training programs for hundreds of counselors and managers. Currently, Tracy is pursuing a Master of Management at the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management, with a certification in Human Resources Management from Northern Arizona University. Tracy also brings recent experience from PetSmart, where they have held various leadership roles, significantly contributing to HR strategies across the organization.
