Shona Fenner

Shona Fenner is a seasoned professional in customer experience and operations, currently serving as the Director of CX Operations for North America at Petvisor since October 2023. Prior to this role, Shona spent nearly nine years at PetDesk, where responsibilities ranged from Senior CX Operations Manager to Director of Customer Success, overseeing implementation and technical support while leading a growing team. Shona's previous experience includes positions at CustomInk, Brightest Young Things, and Ogilvy Public Relations, where skills in customer service, content creation, and project coordination were developed. Shona holds a Master’s Degree in Women's and Gender Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Art from Mary Baldwin University.
