Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith has worked in the tech industry since 2016. Andrew began their career as a Technical Support Service Specialist at Aethon, followed by two roles as an Implementation Specialist. In 2020, they joined Reading Plus as a Salesforce Administrator, where they were responsible for Salesforce.com general administration, report & dashboard modifications, creating/updating custom fields, report types, users, permission sets, email templates, sharing rules, system automations, page layouts, and data management and governance. Andrew also assisted the Order Fulfillment team with data updates and corrections in SFDC, performed order processing through SFDC during high volume periods, formatted and imported CSV files for marketing related events, and assisted with SFDC training and orientation of new team members. In 2021, Andrew Smith joined PEX as a Jr Salesforce Developer/Admin.

Andrew Smith holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown. Andrew also has several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Data Architect (2022), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification (2021), Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (2021), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (2020), Salesforce Certified Administrator (2020), and Inbound Certified from HubSpot Academy (2021).
