Brandon Sim

Brandon Sim began their career in 2015 as a Junior Tester and Support Specialist at Fora Financial. Brandon was then promoted to QA Tester, where they developed and maintained automated regression tests in Ranorex and API test scripts in Postman. Brandon was then promoted again to Lead QA Tester, where they served as a mentor managing one other QA Tester and consulted with a small team of in-house and offsite developers. In 2021, they began working as a QA Engineer at PEX.

Brandon Sim obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biology and Neuroscience from Stony Brook University between 2010 and 2014. In 2017, they obtained their A+ certification from CompTIA. In 2021, they obtained their Certified Tester, Foundation Level certification from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page, followed by their Certified Tester, Foundation Level Acceptance Testing certification from the same institution in March 2022. Finally, in August 2022, they obtained their Certified Tester, Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer certification from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page.
