Kort Lawrence

Kort Lawrence has been working in the customer service industry since 2000. Kort began their career as a Ground Transportation Customer Service Coordinator at CLS Transportation Limo Service, Inc. in 2000. In 2007, they moved to Chauffeured Service Unlimited as a Chartered Agent/On-site Rep/Dispatcher. In 2011, they were hired as a Client Manager at Power Transportation, Inc. In 2013, they joined Commonwealth Limousine Service as a Travel Coordinator. From 2015 to present, Kort Lawrence has been a Customer Success Manager at PEX, providing expert and strategic relationship management services to a portfolio of high volume key clients, rendering targeted education and training based on clients' needs. Kort has also served as a Client Service Representative, leveraging customer service best practices to triage and resolve customer concerns.
