Martin Hořeňovský has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

💻 Martin started their career as a Student Assistant at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague in 2011. 💻 Martin then worked as a Student Researcher, where they benchmarked delays in forwarding messages inside a CAN-CAN gateway and compared different implementations.

In 2015, they joined CertiCon a.s. as a SW Engineer JR, focusing on C++ message passing stack for medical devices and improving the build environment.

From 2016 to 2017, they worked at TamTam Research s.r.o. as a Programmer, creating an AWS Lambda based backend for the Kamelot project and implementing monitoring and statistics gathering using AWS CloudWatch.

At the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague, they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, modernizing the C++ course and giving lectures and lab sessions. 💻 Martin also worked as a Researcher, developing a proprietary C++ backend for a master key system solver and contributing to open-source research projects.

From 2018 to 2021, Martin worked at Locksley.cz as a Researcher/Software Engineer. 💻 Martin conducted research on scalable algorithms for solving Master Keying Systems and implemented them in high-performance C++. 💻 Martin also mentored juniors, established GitLab CI pipeline, and worked on performance observability.

In 2021, they joined Microsoft as a Software Engineer II before transitioning to Pex as a Senior Software Engineer II.

Martin Hořeňovský attended the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. 💻 Martin then continued their education at the same university from 2015 to 2018, earning a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering.
