Caroline Lytton is the Chief Operating Officer at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at the University of Oxford, where they have been serving since 2025. Previously, Caroline held several managing director roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, leading EMEA's sustainability solutions and managing the Sustainable Finance Unit from 2007 to 2019. They also contributed to the project finance sector as an analyst at Societe Generale and as a consultant at Operis. Caroline is involved in training through IPFA Learning and serves as an advisory council member at Pexapark. They earned a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Oxford and completed a corporate finance course at the London Business School.
