Adrian Fry

Adrian Fry, MBA FCMI, has a diverse work history with experience in customer success, leadership, and photography. Adrian currently serves as the Head of Customer Success, UK & I Public Sector at Pexip, where they help improve video communication across teams and platforms. Adrian has also held customer success roles at VIVACTIV LTD and Futrli, where they launched a new platform and implemented strategies to increase customer adoption and advocacy. Prior to this, Adrian worked as a Director at Venture one, Ventures Group Ltd and as a Senior Manager of Customer Success at Varonis. Adrian also has a background in software development engineering and professional services, having worked at companies such as Cisco and NDS Limited. Additionally, Adrian has served as a Board Trustee at FAIR WAYS FOUNDATION and has founded their own photography business, Adrian Fry Photography.

Adrian Fry, MBA FCMI, obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Southampton from 2013 to 2017. Adrian also completed various certifications, including Certified Technology Expert from Pexip in 2020 and Assentire Certified Practitioner from Assentire Ltd in 2018. Adrian holds additional certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, and Software Testing.
