Aled Morris

Aled Morris is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in support engineering and unified communications. Currently serving as a Support Engineer at Pexip since April 2019, Aled provides global technical assistance and training on Pexip Infinity, along with hands-on problem-solving. Prior roles include Technical Manager and Unified Communications Services Specialist at Transition Systems Australia, where responsibilities spanned both pre-sales and post-sales support. Aled also worked at Polycom as a Unified Communications Solution Architect and Deployment Engineer, focusing on solution design and infrastructure deployment across Australia and New Zealand. Earlier experience includes managing the WVN Service Desk at Swansea University, along with roles providing videoconferencing support and web design. Aled holds an MSc in E-Commerce and a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from Swansea Metropolitan University.
