Andrei Privalov

Andrei Privalov is a seasoned engineering professional with a diverse background in technical support and videoconferencing systems. Currently a Principal Engineer - Escalation at Pexip since October 2017, Andrei has also held the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Support Engineer (Cloud Collaboration) at Cisco from October 2016 to October 2017, as well as multiple engineering positions at CROC from March 2008 to September 2016, focusing on the design, pre-sale, implementation, and support of audio and videoconferencing systems. Andrei earned a degree in Radio Physics and Electronics from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, completing studies in 2008.
