Amber Gresham, CIR has extensive work experience in recruitment and human resources. Amber began their career in 2006 with Capital Group Companies, where they worked in human resources. Amber then moved on to roles as a contract recruiter at Rackspace Hosting and a corporate recruiter at Harris Connect. In 2010, they joined Kforce Technology Staffing as a technology recruiter, where they utilized their proprietary staffing model. Amber then worked as a registered representative at Tidal Petroleum before transitioning to the role of senior corporate recruiter at Altair in 2014. Most recently, they served as a senior recruiter at Peyton Resource Group, where their focus was on serving clients and candidates with dedication and efficiency.
