Anders Rytsel

Anders Rytsel is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in legal consulting and compliance roles in the insurance and pension sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Officer at PFA Pension since May 2016, Anders focuses on identifying, evaluating, and managing compliance risks while advising management and reporting to the audit committees and boards. Prior to PFA Pension, Anders held various legal and compliance positions at Topdanmark, where responsibilities included providing legal advice across departments, managing strategic projects, and ensuring compliance with laws and policies. Earlier experience includes roles as a Process Consultant at Alm. Brand and a Case Officer at the Industrial Injury Board. Anders holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Copenhagen and several qualifications in insurance and business administration from prominent institutions.
