Carsten Sand

Carsten Sand has extensive experience in IT and operations management, currently serving as IT Drift Manager at PFA since December 2020. Prior roles include IT Consultant at GEUS and Automic UC4 Consultant at Nordea, where responsibilities encompassed batch automation and incident management. At Nordea, Carsten held various positions from March 2013 to June 2020, focusing on datacenter operations and infrastructure support. Carsten's career began in the Royal Danish Air Force, where foundational skills in radar, communication, and data technology were developed. Additional experience includes positions at Fujitsu, Danske Telecom A/S, and Eaton, emphasizing network provisioning, service, and installation. Carsten graduated as an Electronics Mechanic from Flyvevåbnets Specialskole in 1993.
