Hanne Debel

Hanne Debel is an experienced professional in the field of organizational psychology and human resources. Currently, Hanne serves as an Organisationspsykolog at PFA since June 2023 and as an Arbejdslivs-Futurist at Future Work since May 2022. Previously, Hanne held the position of Lead HR Business Partner at both Andel and DONG Energy from September 2020 to September 2020 and from May 2006 to September 2020, respectively. Hanne's career began as an HR Partner and Bydelsleder at Københavns Energi from January 1995 to May 2006. Hanne's extensive educational background includes a Futurist+ degree from Universal Futurist, a Master of the Psychology of Organisations from Roskilde University, and various other qualifications in coaching and consultancy.
