Jonas Hyttel

Jonas Hyttel currently serves as the Head of B2C Pension Advisory Center at PFA, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Jonas was the Head of Customer Experience and Change Management at Lunar from March 2021 to February 2024, overseeing a team of specialists focused on operations excellence for customer service. Prior to that role, Jonas was the Head of Operations & Customer Service at BroBizz A/S and held various senior roles at Folke-Larsens Eftf. A/S, Icopal Danmark a/s, CBB Mobil A/S, and TELMORE A/S, accumulating extensive experience in operations management, customer service, and team leadership. Jonas began the career in events coordination and as a firefighter, and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, awarded in 2009.
