Mathis Deth

Mathis Deth is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in recruitment and organizational strategy. Currently serving as a Volunteer at Skyggebørn since May 2023, Mathis has held significant roles such as HR Business Partner and Recruitment Partner at PFA from March 2020 to January 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Politi from September 2017 to March 2020, and as a Research Consultant at Hudson A/S from April 2016 to August 2017. Mathis began career in executive search as an Executive Researcher at Qvist Executive Search from August 2014 to March 2016, followed by roles as a Student Assistant and Internship - Researcher. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organization and Strategy from Aalborg Universitet (2015) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics & Business Administration from the same institution (2013).
