Signe Stege is currently a Strategic Well-being & Prevention Partner in a graduate position at PFA, advising corporate clients on developing healthy and sustainable work environments. With experience as a Global Diversity and Inclusion Intern and student assistant roles at LEO Pharma, Signe has focused on data-informed initiatives that promote mental health and reduce stress-related absences. Signe holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School and an earlier Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Copenhagen. Currently, Signe is pursuing a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration, specializing in People and Business Development, at Copenhagen Business School.
