Sofie Eskebjerg Krog is an authentic leader and board member with extensive experience in life and pension, business strategic development, coaching, and conflict resolution. They served as a pensions specialist at PFA Pension from 2007 to 2022, where they developed concepts to enhance customer experience and provided professional guidance. Currently, they are a subject matter expert at Forsikringsakademiet, working on a new industry education to strengthen competency in the insurance and pension sectors. Sofie holds a master’s degree in law from Syddansk Universitet and is pursuing further education in board work at Copenhagen Business School.
