Ciaran Boyle

Ciaran Boyle is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including capital markets and financial services. Currently part of Davy's People Team since August 2020, Ciaran previously served as the Human Resources Director at Aptiv, focusing on global corporate teams and the EMEA region. Ciaran's long tenure at AIB from 1999 to 2019 included roles such as Head of Human Resources for the Financial Solutions Group and key positions as Senior HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed supporting multiple banking divisions and negotiating with trade unions. Ciaran holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching from University College Cork and a Bachelor of Business Studies in Human Resources from Dublin City University.
