Emma Murphy

Emma Murphy is currently the Group Company Secretary and Head of CEO Office at Davy, where they have been managing critical corporate governance responsibilities since 2021. They are a Chartered Company Secretary with extensive experience in both professional services and in-house roles across private and publicly listed companies. Emma completed their traineeship at KPMG Dublin and has held significant positions at Mason Hayes & Curran, AkzoNobel, Royal Mail, and Allied Irish Banks, where they contributed to major corporate governance initiatives and compliance requirements. Emma holds a B.A. (Hons) in Economics, Politics, and Law from Dublin City University and is currently pursuing further qualifications with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
