Orla Graham

Orla Graham is the Chief People Officer at Davy, where they have been since 2019, utilizing over 20 years of experience in human resources across four blue chip companies. Previously, they held key leadership roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Talent and Learning at Deloitte, and Head of Professional Standards and Excellence at the Association for Coaching. Orla began their career as a management trainee at M&S, later serving as HR Manager at both M&S and Coca Cola. They earned a B.Sc. in Microbiology and Biochemistry from the University of Galway and have been recognized as HR Leader of the Year at the HR Leadership & Management Awards in 2017.
