Jay Bell

Jay Bell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the finance and commodities sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at PFC Midstream since January 2015, Bell previously held the position of Managing Director at Citi from November 2021 to March 2025, and at Wells Fargo Securities from May 2011 to November 2021, overseeing commodity trading. Prior to these roles, Bell was Managing Director of Trading at Sequent Energy from May 2005 to May 2011 and worked as a Consultant at Accenture from June 2002 to April 2005. Jay Bell holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, completed in 2007 and 2002, respectively.
