PFC Pals is a nutritional literacy movement built for children, families, and educators — because most kids have never been taught the one thing that could change their health forever: how food actually fuels their bodies.

We believe childhood health is at a turning point. Nearly 1 in 5 children in the United States lives with obesity. Type 2 diabetes, once considered an adult condition, is now appearing in adolescents. Energy crashes, mood swings, and trouble focusing are dismissed as simply part of childhood — when in reality, they are direct signals from bodies that aren't being fueled the way they need to be.
This is not a discipline problem. It is a knowledge gap. And knowledge gaps can be filled.

Through the simple, science-backed PFC framework — Protein, Fat, and Carbohydrates working together — PFC Pals teaches children that food is fuel. When their three food pals stick together, energy stays steady, focus sharpens, moods stabilize, and bodies grow stronger.

No fear. No restriction. No labeling foods as good or bad. Just understanding, confidence, and empowerment.

PFC Pals brings this message to life through children's books, school assemblies, classroom resources, educator partnerships, and a growing National Teacher Advisory Board — with the goal of placing one teacher representative in every U.S. state.

We believe nutritional literacy should be as foundational as reading and math. And we are building the movement to make that a reality — one child, one classroom, and one family at a time.

📚 The PFC Pals book series launches Fall 2026.
