Pfender Marketing Co. (PMC) is a full-funnel digital marketing consultancy run directly by Joe Pfender out of Philadelphia. AI-augmented but human-led - every engagement is run by Joe, not handed off to an account manager or an offshore team.

PMC works with founder-led businesses that are done paying for marketing that does not compound. The model: audit your stack to find where budget is leaking, build the infrastructure that fixes it, and hand you the keys to a system you own.

Services include full-funnel marketing audits, website design and development (Webflow + React), SEO and AEO, GA4 attribution setup, App Store Optimization, paid media management (Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google), social media strategy, messaging frameworks, and brand identity.

Joe also builds and runs Tree CRM - a full-stack CRM and business operating system designed for small businesses. It consolidates CRM, email, SMS, scheduling, automations, events, invoicing, and attribution into one platform the client owns.

Engagements run on a 90-day install model: audit and cut (Days 1-30), consolidate and build (Days 31-60), launch and scale (Days 61-90). The engagement ends with a system the client owns - not an ongoing dependency on the agency.

Based in Manayunk, Philadelphia. Working with clients across the U.S.
