Sonia Reyes possesses extensive experience in customer service and logistics, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at PFERD North America since July 2016, focusing on credits/returns, data entry, and SAP management. Previously, Sonia held a similar role at Autonics USA from May 2015 to July 2016 and worked as a Logistics Coordinator at ATR Transmission Remanufacturing from March 2013 to May 2015.
