Jason Chu

Jason Chu, PMP, is a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager at PFES, with a career spanning over 15 years in project management and estimation within the construction and utility sectors. Since April 2022, Jason has overseen large capital construction projects focused on transmission, distribution, and substation work. Prior to PFES, Jason served as Manager Project Manager at Mesa Associates, Inc., and Project Manager at Portland General Electric, where responsibilities included ensuring projects were completed on time, within budget, and to company standards. Jason's earlier experience includes roles as a Substation Designer at Rose Technical Graphics and as a CAD technician, complemented by a background as an Assistant Instructor at Karate America. Jason holds a B.S. in Psychology from Portland State University.
