John Beck is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and management. Currently serving as a Work Load Manager at PFI Tech since July 2012, John oversees operations for Xerox and Boeing in the Northeast and Southeast regions. Prior to this role, John's experience includes working as an IT Service Technician, providing extensive on-site support for laser printers and multifunction devices. John held the position of Support Services Specialist at Ricoh Americas Corporation, delivering technical support for large business printers and utilizing various operating systems. John's earlier roles include Infrastructure Engineer and Associate Manager of Technology at H&R Block, where responsibilities encompassed hardware maintenance and team supervision. Additionally, John served as District Manager in the Mid-Atlantic region for Oce/Siemens. John holds a BA in Management & Human Relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University and an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Johnson County Community College.
