Abi Ayodele

Abi Ayodele is a UK-trained pharmacist with nearly two decades of experience across the pharmaceutical value chain, including roles in both public and private sectors. They served as a Rotational Pharmacist at the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust and held various positions at Pfizer, culminating in a Senior Manager role in Global Regulatory Science. Abi is a pioneer in healthcare advocacy, having launched the first Africa branch of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) in Lagos, Nigeria, where they actively volunteer. They are passionate about fostering inclusive leadership and possess deep regional expertise that helps bridge global healthcare with Africa.
