Abraham Gitterman

Abraham Gitterman currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel for Pricing & Access at Pfizer since September 2024. Prior to this role, Gitterman had an extensive career at Arnold & Porter, starting as a Life Sciences/Healthcare Regulatory Associate in November 2013 and transitioning to an FDA/Healthcare Associate until September 2024. Gitterman contributed to the Food and Drug Law Institute as a member of the Publications Peer Review Committee and served on the Journal Editorial Advisory Board for The Food and Drug Law Journal. Earlier experience includes positions as Research Associate at Rockpointe, Inc., Articles Editor for the University of Maryland Journal of Business & Technology Law, and law clerk roles with the U.S. Department of Justice. Gitterman holds a JD in Health Law, magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, a Healthcare Compliance Certificate from Seton Hall University School of Law, and a BA in Criminal Justice, Political Science, and History from Pennsylvania State University.
