Adam Burrell serves as Vice President and Small Molecule Technology Lead at Pfizer, where responsibilities include leading mRNA new product initiatives and managing a portfolio for PGS. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry since November 2008, Adam has held various positions, including Senior mRNA Co-Development Team Lead for the Covid Vaccine lifecycle management and several leadership roles in small molecule co-development. Prior to Pfizer, Adam worked at Eli Lilly and Company as a Chemist, contributing to PhD research, and had a summer placement at Procter & Gamble as a Scientist. Adam earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Organic Chemistry from The University of Sheffield, following a Master's degree in Chemistry from the same institution.
