Aileen Ocasio

Aileen Ocasio is currently the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety at Pfizer, where they have been since 2018. Previously, Aileen served as the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety and Security at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals LLC from 2013 to 2018 and was the Puerto Rico's Environmental, Health and Safety Director at Lilly del Caribe, Inc. from 1988 to 2008. Aileen founded and presided over AOA, Inc., a consulting firm focused on aiding small and medium-sized businesses in overcoming growth barriers from 2008 to 2013. They hold a PhD in Industrial Hygiene from Purdue University and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
