Alison Joyce is currently the Director of Biomedicine Design in the Discovery Bioanalytical and Critical Reagents Group at Pfizer, where they focus on PK and ADA assay development for large molecule biotherapeutics. Previously, Alison held various roles at Pfizer, including Senior Principal Scientist and Principal Scientist from 2013 to 2016, and a Senior Research Scientist at Exalpha Biologicals, Inc. from 2001 to 2003. Alison earned a Bachelor of Science with honors in Biology and Physics from St. Patrick's Pontifical University, Maynooth, where they studied from 1984 to 1988.
