Allison Schmidt

Allison Schmidt, PhD, is currently a Senior Manager in Quality - Data Science at Pfizer, where they apply their expertise in data science. They previously served as a Mechanical Engineer with the U.S. Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory and as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Injury Biomechanics Laboratory at Duke University, where they received prestigious fellowships. Allison held the role of Manager for Dynamic Testing and later Lead Scientist for Safety Research and Testing at Britax Child Safety. They earned their Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and continue their educational journey with a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering at Duke University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering.
