Alvin Tham has extensive experience in the field of human resources, having worked in various roles since beginning a career at Instone International Ltd as a Reservations Ticketing Agent from April 2007 to October 2010. Alvin transitioned to finance as a Finance Executive at ST ELECTRONICS LTD from October 2010 to June 2011 before joining RS Components as a Human Resources Assistant from November 2012 to February 2013. Subsequently, Alvin took on the role of Human Resources Business Partner at MSD, remaining there from March 2013 until December 2019. After a tenure as Human Resources Manager at ETHOZ Group from April 2020 to April 2022, Alvin currently serves as a People Experience Business Partner at Pfizer since May 2022. Educationally, Alvin holds a High School Diploma in Information Technology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Human Resource Management from RMIT University.
