Amanda Alexander

Amanda Alexander, PhD, is a Senior Scientist at Meso Scale Discovery. They hold a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Engineering from Yale University, where their research focused on cell-to-cell heterogeneity in innate immune function. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Scientist at Bio-Techne, developing assays for neuroinflammation and cancer, and presented their findings at several prestigious conferences. Amanda has also gained experience in various research roles and internships, including roles at Cummins Inc., Pfizer, and the Harvard School of Public Health. They possess strong skills in myeloid cell biology, microfluidic devices, and data analysis, and are proficient in MATLAB, Python, and R.
