An Verschaeren is an aseptic drug product manufacturing expert and trained Black Belt investigator with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. They served as a pharmaceutical consultant at Q-People from 2009 to 2018, where they coached teams and led various projects. An held multiple roles at Pfizer, including Global MSAT Drug Product SME, where they streamlined manufacturing processes and led a team of drug product SMEs. They also worked as a quality assistant at Europa Cuisson and as a laboratory expert at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, specializing in analytical methods and troubleshooting. An earned a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from Karel de Grote Hogeschool in 2007.
