Andrew Middlecamp possesses extensive experience in strategic planning and program management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. As the founder of the Strategic Planning and Operations group at Amgen, Andrew led global activities across the Center for Observational Research, overseeing a budget exceeding $27 million and a team of over 100 staff members. Prior to this, Andrew held roles at Seattle Genetics as Senior Director of Program Management and at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as Portfolio and Platform Lead for Malaria. Andrew's technical expertise includes managing drug development programs at Amgen, particularly for Prolia® and XGEVA®, and supporting global regulatory filings. Currently serving as Executive Director of Global Program Management at Pfizer, Andrew holds a BA from UC San Diego and an MBA from Cal Poly Orfalea College of Business.
